Pre Arrival Services

• Assure cases allocated to be resettled in the Las Vegas area
• Set up the file for the case and assign it to a case manager
• Notify a family member if reunifying a family

Once definite date of arrival is confirmed:

• Locate an apartment and furnish it
• Stock it with adequate amount of food for a week
• allocate basic and necessary household goods such as cookware, silverware, blankets, linens , … etc.
• Assign a staff member to greet the new arrivals at the airport assuring language capability
