ACC-LV prides itself in building strong relationships with our local community partners to generate donations to support our refugees resettle in the Las Vegas valley. ACC-LV is a local refugee resettlement organization with the mission to empower refugees and immigrants and enable them to succeed in their new lives. Your generous donations will directly fund one of our programs to support refugees in the following ways:
- Provide the essentials to set-up an apartment (furniture, household items, toiletries);
- Purchase food for the first week until clients are provided food stamps through the State of Nevada Welfare Services;
- Help pay for rent and utility bills until the clients are self-sufficient;
- Purchase clothing for newly arrived refugees as most of our refugees arrive literally with nothing but clothes on their back; and
- Provide bus passes for transportation.
