Once all necessary documentation services, such as acquiring social security card, local ID, Employment Authorization Document is completed and the refugee is acclimated, the case manager refers to the in-house job placement staff. The job developer provides pre-employment orientation and counseling, job preparedness training and finally assist in placing the client in a job.
